DESCRIPTION
Complete pocket kit
The CS Cavity Sliders Pocket Door Kit is designed for single sliding wood doors weighing up to 200 lb (90 kg) and 500 lb (227 kg) each. Made for standard 2 x 4 wood and metal wall stud construction.
Features: Choose from three types of kits for various door widths and heights: – Door widths of 36 in (914 mm) and 48 in (1.2 m) – Door heights of 80 in (2 m) and 96 in (2.4 m) Two types of carriage/hardware sets with one stopper to choose from: – M6 for 200 lb (90 kg) door – M8 for 500 lb (227 kg) door – CarriSnap mounting suspension plate for the top of the door for mounting and releasing the upper trolley without tools – Sturdy double wall aluminum pocket frame structure can be cut to size to accommodate different door widths and heights – Low profile upper track is part of the structure of the pocket frame – Trim clips for easy press-on mounting for door jamb trim – Pivoting bottom guide to ease loading the door into the pocket frame during installation – Large wheel trolleys with precision ground bearings for smooth running – Simple and flexible low-cost installation – Cut a groove bottom of the door to conceal floor guide For soft-close options, refer to the CS Cavity Sliders Pocket Door System in the Suggested Products section below. For bi-parting applications use connecting pin item no. ZK00305 to line up and connect two systems.
